Both classes are suitable for all abilities, even if you’ve never tried yoga before our yoga teachers will make sure you’re given all the assistance and tips you need. You’ll become a yogi in no time. Warm Flow @ 10am - you will move from one pose to another in a continuous, smooth way focusing on the connection between breath, movement and the mind.
